How is Norwex different to other microfibres out there?

2014-04-21 19.38.52My aim in this article is to briefly address how Norwex is different to other microfibres around. It is an amazing, versatile, affordable product and I do warn people that using Norwex cloths can be quite addictive. EVEN for those people who DON’T like to clean (like me!). Are you thinking “how on earth is that possible?” well let me explain… it just makes cleaning tasks which are typically a pain (like cleaning the oven, your floors, the shower, marks off walls etc.) so quick, so effective and so EASY. There are so many microfibres on the market- Norwex, Enjo, e-cloth, microfibres you can buy at the supermarket, online @ at markets. The question about how Norwex is different to other microfibres comes up all the time. You can buy 10 microfibre cloths from Big W for $10 why would you buy a Norwex enviro cloth (multi purpose cloth) for example for $29? (this was one of my first questions!)

How is Norwex different?

The Silver

Norwex microfibres are made with a blend of polyester & polyamide. Polyamide simply helps with durability.

When the Norwex microfibre is at the pulp stage in the factory they add SILVER.

Why Silver?

Silver has antibacterial properties, properties humans have been using for decades. Hospitals use silver as their top defence against infection in burns patients. I know before I even knew Norwex existed, I was encouraged to buy (and bought) silver pads for my kindergarten daughter who tripped down a HUGE concrete hill (poor thing I still cringe as I think how that turned out). The Norwex labels, if they have the silver added will have the word ‘Antibac’ or our newer cloths will have ‘Baclock’  on the label.

The silver DOES NOT wash out of our microfibres.

What does the silver do?

The micro silver is an antibacterial agent for self-cleaning purposes. The agent inhibits bacterial odour, mould, and/or mildew growth within the product. IT doesn’t make the surface antibacterial the AMAZING micro fibres will remove everything off the surface for you easily and effectively THEN the silver goes to work. What does this mean? The micro silver in a wet cloth goes to work using its self-purification properties against mould, fungi and bacterial odour within 24 hours. Using JUST water, surfaces are left free from EVERYTHING- cleaned, polished and streak free.

Kitchen Cloths
Kitchen Cloths

I just think of our kitchen cloths so affordably priced and they replace your sponges, smelly microfibre cloths- because of the QUALITY & SILVER they just don’t smell like other cloths do. If you have bench tops or tables that streak, then you just HAVE to get 2-3 of these babies- THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

Cost & Quality

Norwex is a high quality microfibre and it’s important know for a fibre to be considered “microfibre” it needs to be 1/6 of a human hair or finer. Norwex microfibre is 1/200 of a human hair!! (Enjo fibres are 1/100th & supermarket brands nowhere near this density).

The way microfibre works, is every microfibre has tiny ‘hooks’ on the fibre, the capillary action PULLS the bacteria, dirt, dust, grease and residue up into the cloth. With Norwex Antibacterial Microfibre, you don’t breathe, touch or digest chemical cleaners and their residue. You remove, (not spread) the dirt, dust, grease and 99.9% of bacteria from a surface. Then the silver goes to work and inhibits the bacterial growth.

The Norwex enviro cloth for example has 2.9 million metres of fibre within the cloth

More microfibre = a better clean.

How Microfibre Works
How Microfibre Works

The quality, two-year warranty on cloths, the 60 day satisfaction guarantee on ALL products and the added silver make for one amazing microfibre. Compared to other Direct Selling cleaning products Norwex is by far a more affordable product. The ability to clean your whole home for around $4 per week over 2 years makes having a Norwex home more appealing to the hip pocket. If you want to convert your home to Norwex have a look at the Healthy Home Packages(mop, cloths & more) or the dream starter kit. (remember here, if you do buy anything through my online store, you will be emailed the instructions directly from me, which I know helps my customers tremendously to use their products and refer to them.

Versatility & One step cleaning…

There are some products on the market that you need to use multiple steps to clean surfaces, with Norwex it’s a one step process.

As each cleaning challenge has different surfaces and different kinds of dirt and grime, Norwex has formulated different microfibres to tackle every area of your home, office, car & personal care.

For example the all purpose kitchen cloth to remove GREASE with just water (my Dad’s favourite cloth!)

The window cloth– for windows, mirrors, polishing jewelry and shiny surfaces.

The Body cloths- for cleansing, exfoliating the skin, make up removal with only water

Washing & Care

No bleach or fabric softeners in the wash with all microfibres. However unlike some other microfibres, Norwex can be washed in machines up to temperatures of 95 degrees celsius with other lint free items. Norwex can go in a moderate dryer up to 60 degrees

enjo norwex comparisonA small word on the Norwex-Enjo comparison (a question that comes up frequently)

Firstly BOTH products use microfibre and you are able to switch to chemical free cleaning, however they are actually quite different. One thing I will share and it may help the Enjo user wondering what Norwex is and if it is for them… is those awesome customers I have who are Enjo users (and I absolutely love having Enjo users at my party as they KNOW the value and amazing clean microfibre gives) are absolutely LOVING their Norwex. I think of an older lady I met at a party about a year ago. She told me outright she loves her Enjo (which is great) and as she handed me her $250 order she told me that she absolutely loved the range of our products and bought products that complimented what she already had (eg. she was amazed at our scrub cloth, blown away in fact) but what she loved about the Norwex she was purchasing is it complimented what she had and there were many Norwex products that she “just had to have”. She also purchased products to replace the Enjo ones which had worn out.

How do I look after the Norwex Microfibre?

Microfibre care instructions

…and straight from my norwex website FAQ… (which you are welcome to read below or click on the link which will take you to the FAQ section on the norwexbiz site)

What makes Norwex Microfibre a preferred choice?

Norwex microfibre is a blend of polyester and polyamide. This fibre is 1/200th the size of a strand of human hair. When this high-quality microfibre is combined with the right knitting process, it creates an extremely effective cleaning material. This material can hold up to seven times its weight in matter. Unlike many other types of cloth that smear dirt across the surface you are trying to clean, microfibre cloths remove dirt, germs, bacteria and debris from the surface. Used dry the static effect created enhances the microfibre’s ability to attract dirt and dust particles. As you lightly wipe the surface, the microfibre attracts and draws up even the smallest particles of dust, trapping them in the fibres. Used wet the microfibres work together to give an excellent cleaning effect. Wet, wring and wipe away dirt and debris from all washable surfaces. For spot removing, spray water on the surface being cleaned. In Laboratory testing Norwex microfibre has been proven to remove up to 99.9% of the bacteria from surfaces. Norwex microfibre is backed with an exceptional Warranty of 2 years or 500 washings.

What are the benefits of cleaning with Norwex microfibre?

Microfibre cloths are environmentally friendly. They can reduce the consumption of cleaning chemicals in your home up to 90% while at the same time reducing your exposure to toxic fumes. This can make a big difference for anyone with allergies and chemical sensitivities. In important areas of our homes like bathrooms and kitchens, microfibre cloths may remove up to 99.9% of the bacteria from surfaces, resulting in a cleaner, healthier environment. Microfibre when used properly picks up matter even from a surface’s microscopic pores to achieve a real CLEAN. Traditional cleaning methods apply chemicals to a surface thereby disinfecting that surface, however some dirt remains in surface pores. Microfibre cloths are very durable and can withstand the rigors of everyday use.

What is Norwex antibacterial microfibre?

Our antibacterial microfibre is one of the most innovative products in the industry! Norwex has developed a unique technology that combines an antibacterial silver-based agent with our microfibre. The silver is actually embedded inside the tiny microfibre and inactivates the bacteria that it picks up in its fibres. The silver within the microfibre demonstrates its effectiveness against strains of pathogenic bacteria, yeast and viruses, such as: E.Coli, klebsiella pneumoniae, proteus vulgaris, salmonella typhi, staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus faecalis, streptococcus pyogenes, candida albicans, MRSA, SARS coronavirus.

Why is the silver in Norwex cloths an important feature?

Laboratory test results proved that in a controlled environment, anitbac microfibre removed 99.9% of germs and bacteria from washable surfaces and inactivated them within a 24 hour timeframe. The silver antibacterial fibre has self purification properties, where germs and bacteria are inactivated. This means cleaner cloths, less frequent laundering and a reduction in cross-contamination.

Why is Norwex Microfibre made in China?
  • China is known to be a world leader in the textile industry. Some of the best and comprehensive home textile and microfibre production in the world is from China.
  • If you are going to create the best microfibre in the world you go to the best microfibre manufacturers.
  • Norwex owns the factory in China and has a very strict quality control system in place.
  • Norwex takes Corporate Social Responsibility seriously and Norwex China is committed to follow the guidelines of the UN Global Compact on how they treat and manage staff involved in the production of microfibre, including our suppliers.
  • All staff are Norwex employees and enjoy all the benefits associated with being part of the Norwex Team.
  • Norwex has stringent requirements, which control everything from the raw material requirements to conformance levels and each production is evaluated strictly according to our standards.
  • Testing is continuously done to ensure a quality product.
  • Any microfibre product not meeting Norwex standards are not distributed but recycled.

What are the proper washing and care instructions for Norwex microfibre?

Norwex Antibacterial Microfibre is the most innovative product in the industry. Unlike normal cleaning products, which require a chemical component to clean the surface, the microfibres within the cloth pick up and retain all the dust, dirt and bacteria. This is where the ‘antibacterial’ properties of Norwex microfibre come into play. The silver in our microfibre inhibits bacterial growth.

The Norwex mission is to improve quality of life by radically reducing chemicals in our homes. Norwex Microfibre products are environmentally friendly and easy to launder.

Maintenance of Norwex Microfibre Products:

  • We suggest that used microfibre cloths be washed regularly with a good quality detergent (without any bleach, bleaching agents or fabric softeners).
  • Wash in a cold or hot wash up to 90 degrees celsius.
  • Try to combine your microfibres in the wash with lint free textiles.
  • Use our Rubber Brush to remove dirt and debris from the mop pads between laundering

 Does Norwex guarantee their Microfibre?

Yes, Norwex microfibre is backed with a 2 year warranty.

Where can I use Norwex microfibre?

The Norwex cleaning system can be used most anywhere cleaning is required – home, office, vehicles, recreation equipment and even personal care.

Why do microfibre cloths sometimes smell?

Microfibre cloths may smell if the proper care instructions are not followed or if the water in your home or office is hard and high in mineral content. Only use environmentally friendly soaps without fillers when you are laundering to prevent the microfibre pores from being clogged and causing odour. If your cloths smell we recommend trying one of the following suggestions: washing them in hot water, or boiling for 10 minutes to remove any build-up on the fibres.

What is the Norwex Microfibre warranty?

All Norwex Microfibre is backed by a 2 year warranty.

Is there a proper way to clean with the Norwex Mop?

Always Dry Mop prior to using the Wet Mop. The yellow mop pads are for “Dry” cleaning, and the Blue Mop Pads which are antibacterial are for “Wet” washing. Be sure to move the mop in a wide figure-8 pattern from left to right in front of you, bringing the mop towards you as you back up so that you will be moving the dirt and debris in one direction. When wet mopping, moisten the mop with clean water before using. If the mop is too wet, wring it out prior to use.

What is the difference between the Dry Mop Pad and the Superior Dry Mop?

The Dry Mop Pad is made of 100% polyester while the Superior Dry Mop Pad is made of 100% Norwex microfibre and boasts all the benefits of microfibre in its ability to pickup and hold the smallest particles of dust and debris and hold water.

How do I use the Mop to clean my windows and polishing hard to reach areas?

Attach the Mop Base Brackets onto the top side of the Mop Base and fasten the Window Cloth, Large Enviro Cloth or Car Cloth in place by wrapping it around the Mop Base and firmly pressing the cloth into the rubber grommet slits on the Mop Base Brackets. Lock the base by pushing the green lever until it locks into position.

How do I assemble the Mop?

Loosen the Telescopic Mop Handle by twisting the upper blue handle to the left. Pull gently to nose height. Tighten the handle by gently twisting to the right. To attach the Mop Base to the Telescopic Mop Handle, depress the green bumps on the Mop Base and slide the Telescopic Handle over until the green bumps fit into the holes. To lock the base for doing walls and ceilings, push the blue lever until it locks into position. Attach either the Wet or Dry Mop Pads to the Mop Base.

How does the Mattress Cleaner work?

Norwex Mattress Spray contains the dormant or resting stage of live bacteria. When they find a food source, and other growing conditions are right, the bacteria become active and they will grow. To eat, they produce enzymes that are a type of protein. It is the enzymes they produce while eating that break down accumulated dust mites, dust mite fecal matter, pet dander, dead skin cells, or any organic matter which causes unpleasant odours, allowing this matter to be consumed. They will continue to consume this material until all organic matter is removed, converting it into carbon dioxide and water. Once there is nothing left for them to feed on, they disintegrate. Similar to our other “enzyme-based” or microbial products, our Mattress Cleaner does not “kill” anything (including dust mites). It works by eating up all of the organic matter that the dust mites would feed on, as well as the accumulated dust mite bodies and fecal matter. No food = no more growth of mites……at least for a while…….until there is more food. The overgrowth of the good bacteria at the expense of the dust mites is called competitive inhibition. We simply add enough “good guys” to be sure they out compete the “bad guys”.

Is Mattress Cleaner safe to use around children and pets?

The spray is safe for children and pets because there is nothing in it different from what is around us on a daily basis. We are surrounded by a micro-world of bacteria and other microbes that keep each other in balance, and this same micro world exists on our skin, in our mouth, and throughout our body. The Mattress Spray does not contain acids, alkalis, or solvents; however it is important to use this product correctly.

How do you use the Mattress Cleaner?

Shake the bottle before using. Spray once or twice on the pillow, 5-6 sprays on a single bed, 7-8 on a double bed, 9-10 on a queen bed and 10-12 on a king size bed. Allow to air and dry before making bed with clean sheets. If too much product is used (more than the mattress can absorb) it is possible that an allergy-sensitive person may react. Treat bed once a month for the first three months, then every second month for allergy sufferers, otherwise every three months.

What is the shelf life of the Mattress Cleaner?

The Mattress cleaner has a two year shelf life and should be stored closed, in a cool place. This 2 year period of time starts from the moment oxygen is introduced by pumping or opening the bottle.

Where can Mattress Cleaner be used?

Beds, pillows, comforters, fluffy toys, upholstery, vehicle seats, pet beds, sofas, anywhere organic material collects.

Will the Mattress Cleaner kill bed bugs?

The Mattress Cleaner will not destroy bed bugs. It will only eliminate any organic material.

Can you use the Cleaning Paste on brushed stainless steel?

We do not endorse to use it on brushed stainless steel.

Can you use the Cleaning Paste on grout?

Yes you can, only if the grout is sealed. The cleaning paste is a water soluble paste and so is grout.

Can the Carpet Stain Buster be used on upholstery?

Yes it can be only if it is not Scotch Guarded. Always check with the manufacturer and test in an inconspicuous spot.

How does the Carpet Stain Buster Work?

The Carpet Stain Buster uses a naturally derived surfactant (soap) derived from Yucca (a plant) – this helps to break down soil/dirt etc, it also contains orange extract which helps to clean.

What are some of the special benefits of the Sanira System?

The Sanira System is a product that is environmentally friendly, all parts are recyclable, and the soap and descaler agents are biodegradable.  The soap is made from vegetable sources and has properties that prevent bacteria growth. In addition, you need to use only a very small amount of the cleaning agent to clean the toilet making it last for a very long time.  These features save you money and also save the environment.  The system’s toilet brush is made in one piece, with channels in the bristles, preventing the growth of bacteria and making it easy to keep the system clean.

Will the Sanira System remove rust stains?

The Sanira system is great to clean the toilet, but it is not formulated to remove rust or calcium.

Can you use the Magnet Ball in the back of your toilet tank?

Norwex does not endorse doing this because water needs to flow through the magnet ball in order for it to be effective.

How long should I leave the Descaler on before washing it off?

Norwex Descaler is an effective and environmentally friendly product for cleaning and removing lime.  Spray the liquid on the surface, and let it work for up to 5 minutes.  The sprayed surface should not be allowed to dry before washing it off with a moist Enviro Cloth or the Bathroom Scrub Mitt.

What are dust mites and why are they a concern?

On a microscopic level dust mites can look like a swarm of bees around your head when you sleep. While perhaps not the only cause, these little critters can cause snoring problems and breathing difficulties when sleeping. There are 15 different species of mites that have been found living with us in our homes. Just one ounce of common house dust can host as many as 42,000 dust mites. Approximately 10 million dust mites live in a bed; 8 million in a mattress and 2 million in a pillow. The primary food source of dust mites is dead skin cells from humans (which accounts for approximately 80% of the dust in a home). Dust mite populations thrive in indoor environments. They live inside of carpeting, furniture, and especially inside of mattresses, bedding and pillows.

What does the Mattress Cleaner target?

The Mattress Cleaner targets dust mite excrement. Dust mite feces are one of the most toxic allergens to humans and pets. Each single dust mite can excrete as many as 20 fecal pellets every day. Dust mites and their feces can become airborne simply from walking across carpet, sitting on furniture cushions, climbing into bed or moving a pillow while sleeping. Inhaled fecal matter can lead to eye-ear-nose-throat infections, headaches, fatigue, depression, sleep difficulties, snoring and respiratory illnesses such as sinusitis, allergies and asthma attacks.

Why do you use less detergent when using the magnet ball?

The Magnet Ball prevents calcium molecules from building up in the dishwasher and washing machines, resulting in softer water.  When using the Magnet Ball use 50-70% less soap.  Do not use in front-loading machines.

How do you clean the center of the Magnet Ball?

Pull a cloth through the center of the ball to clean the inside and run it under the tap until the water runs clear.  This should be done on a regular basis.

What is the difference between Norwex Spirinetts and ones you can buy in stores?

Norwex Spirinetts are made from a high quality stainless steel that does not rust or deteriorate.

How does Fresh Wash extend the shelf life of fruit and vegetables?

It removes the biofilm which is a group of microbes already living on the fruit –some of which may be organisms that spoil the fruit.  Fresh Wash is a safe and effective way to clean fruits and vegetables extending the shelf life by up to 2–3 times.

What is in the Spirisponge?

It is a sponge scrubber covered in plastic and polyester and is safe for use on scratch sensitive surfaces. Always test in an inconspicuous spot.

Does the Spirisponge have silver in it?

The Spirisponge does not contain silver.

How do you recommend using the Personal Care line face creams?

Depending on the condition of your skin you can choose one of the following regimes: To provide moisture to youthful looking skin: apply the Face & Neck Gel morning and night. For skin that requires more moisturiser apply the Face & Neck Gel followed by the Day or Night Cream. For skin beginning to show the signs of aging apply the Face & Neck Gel, followed by the Lifting Serum and the Day or Night Cream.

What does it mean that your personal care line is ECOCERT Organic?

ECOCERT is a highly credible organization in Europe setting the standards for natural and organic cosmetics for consumers. We are proud to be a North American company marketing organic personal care. ECOCERT certified means that Norwex organic personal care products are free from the following:

Mineral oils and silicon, emulsifiers such as PEG (polyethylene glycol), viscosity controlling agents such as carbomer, preservatives such as phenoxyethanol, parabens or formaldehyde releasers, synthetic perfumes, synthetic dyes, synthetic solvent such as propylene glycol. All Swiss Alpine plants used by our producers in Israel are approved and certified by Bio Suisse.

Why is only the medium toothbrush bristles microfibre and not the soft toothbrush bristles?

When microfibre is added to the bristles the bristles are medium. Because of this the soft bristles are made of Tynex which has similar qualities to microfibre.

Are the bristles of the toothbrush antibacterial?

The bristles remove the plaque and are not antibacterial. The base of the toothbrush which is silver may eliminate bacteria growth and build-up.

Do I need to use toothpaste with the Silver Care Toothbrushes?

The scrubbing motion removes plaque from your teeth. Using toothpaste provides additional benefits depending on the toothpaste you choose. Some benefits of using toothpaste can be freshening your breath and desensitising your teeth.

Caring for your Norwex Cloths

make up clothsCaring for your Norwex cloths

One of the questions I often get asked, is how do I clean my Norwex cloths?

Washing & Drying…

Norwex cloths can be put in the washing machine and they can be put in a moderate dryer, up to 60 degrees celcius. Using Norwex Ultra Power Plus will yield best results, or another environmentally friendly detergent without fillers and bleach.

 What about stubborn stains?

If you find a cloth either smells or has stubborn stains, cloths (*) can be boiled in a pot of water for 2-3 minutes, to allow fibres to swell and release the debris. Adding a teaspoon of ultra power plus also can help also. (* Not the mop bases or scrub cloth).

 Some Important Cautions…

PLEASE don’t wipe your cloths over hot elements (it will melt the fibres).

Don’t add fabric softener, bleach or dryer sheets when laundering microfibers as these additives coat the coat the surface of the fibres and reduce the microfiber’s ability to clean effectively.

 Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee…

Norwex stands behind their product and offer a TWO YEAR WARRANTY from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship and materials.

DID you know EVERYTHING you purchase from Norwex comes with a 60 day satisfaction money back guarantee?? So what’s stopping you from trying something new?

What is Norwex?

Norwex improving quality of life

So What is Norwex?

Up until late 2012 I would of said, “Nor-what”??

Below you will find some info about Norwex, if you are after more practical ‘what product does what’ then please head to my Norwex essentials post here.

Let me start with a splash of history…

It all started in 1994 when the Norwegian operation, “cleaning without chemicals” was born. In 1999 “Norwex”- “The Norwegian Experience” spreads to Canada with the Norwex Enviro products. In 2007, Norwex introduced a new microfibre and microsilver and 2008 saw Norwex Australia officially opened (yeah, Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi!!”). In 2011, Norwex expanded their products, introducing their personal care products.

And so the Norwex mission statement expanded to:

“Improving quality of life by radically reducing the use of chemicals in personal care and cleaning”

In 2014 it simplified to become:

fb banner mission statement

 What about chemicals?

In the last 50 years, more than 80,000 new chemicals have been created. Recently an article was published by Choice Australia (if you click on the link the article will open in a new window) it was about known and common chemicals to avoid in household and personal care products which have been linked to causing some cancers and reproductive abnormalities. It is a really scary list and one that confirms for me the absolute rightness that I be involved in a company that does indeed “strive to improve quality of life rather than standard of living”. Most of the chemicals we are exposed too, haven’t been assessed on how they impact on human health. And there are growing links to chemicals and things like asthma and allergies as well.

Over the next little while I will go into more depth about chemicals, be sure to sign up to my email so you can stay informed.

I love what I read from our Chairman, in the inside cover of our catalogue,

“Our vision reaches far beyond making a profit. Norwex goes above that limited horizon with deep respect for the value and beauty of all life and a healthy planet. We are committed to making a powerful and positive difference in the world we live in and the lives we touch”.

All of our microfibre products carry a 2 year warranty AND everything you buy from Norwex carries a 60 day money back guarantee. I find these two policies amazing and shows me how Norwex stands behind their products.

Norwex microfibre is 1/200th the size of a strand of human hair, one of the most innovative products in the cleaning industry today. Here’s an interesting fact, in each Norwex Enviro Cloth there is approximately 2.9 million metres of microfibre! You can use the cloths dry to dust or wet to clean. Most of the cloths have antibac micro silver added at the pulp stage of manufacturing.

The cloths include ‘Bacloc’ technology

The micro silver is an antibacterial agent for self-cleaning purposes only. The agent is solely designed to inhibit bacterial odour, mould, and/or mildew growth within the product.

What does this mean for cleaning?

There is no need to use harmful chemicals while cleaning, only water! The  microfibre lifts the dirt, grease and grime into the cloth and off the surface. Surfaces are left free from everything- cleaned, polished, and smear free.

Personal care

I touched briefly before on chemicals. The personal care range uses the bacloc technology in the microfibre in products such as the suede make up removal cloths and body cloths. The ingredients in the body and skincare products don’t contain any of the ‘nasties’ (see below and in the article link above) rather ONLY ingredients that are natural and organic, not synthetic.

Some ‘nasties’- Mineral oil and silicon; Synthetic emulsifiers like PEG (polyethylene glycol); Viscosity controlling agents like Carbomer; Preservatives such as formaldehyde releasers, parabens, or phenoxyethanol; Synthetic perfumes; Synthetic dyes; and Synthetic solvents like propylene glycol.

Have a look at the products you use and see if they have any of these ingredients…

What does this mean for your personal care?

Ingredients that are pure and safe for the environment means they are more gentle on your skin. This promotes better quality of life and helps to reduce the damaging effects of toxins. They are a beautiful range and since my ‘switch’ to Norwex have only been impressed and amazed at the results.

And you know what?

If a product doesn’t ‘agree’ with your skin, and even natural ingredients can react on some sensitive skin, then you have 60 days to return your product to the consultant you bought it from and either try something else or get your money back!!
